Passport Canada, Guy-Favreau Complex

This PWGSC fit-up involved the moving of the existing office space to an upper floor in order to allow the public to quickly and securely access the application office. Economies included reusing unusual building products, such as out-of-production integrated ceilings and maximum retention of existing equipment. Judicious mechanical design minimized structural modifications, which also saved money. Energy efficiency was increased by maximizing and improving the existing systems to prolong their life cycle.
