McGill Currie Gym 101

An under-utilized gymnasium at McGill’s Sir Arthur Currie Gymnasium Building, located on McGill’s downtown Montreal campus, was renovated for the "McGill Centre for Physical Activity & Health Promotion”. Funding for the project was through a Canadian Funding Investments (CFI) grant to Dr. Ross Andersen. The centre includes a reception/waiting area, centrally located exercise testing area (double height), conference room, two consultation rooms, specialized examination/testing rooms for metabolism, body composition, and x-rays, and mezzanine space for future expansion.
